Founded in 1969 by the firm’s namesake, Thomas E. Snowden, Inc. is a local firm with a proud history of service to clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.  Thomas successfully grew the firm for 17 years, and sold it in 1986 to Richard Barbolla. 38 successful years later, Richard sold the business in 2024 to New England native Chris Quinn.

Chris Quinn has nearly 30 years of construction experience in Massachusetts and Florida.  He honed his skills and business acumen completing projects of all sizes, in both public and private sectors, including residential high-rise buildings, country clubs, and K-12 schools.  Chris holds a Construction Supervisors License (CSL) and is a state-certified general contractor in the state of Florida.

Chris’s deep experience with all facets of general contracting, estimating and scheduling of in-house professionals ensures that he will lead Thomas E. Snowden, Inc. to serve new generations of clients.

Building upon the firm’s tradition of quality HVAC and Plumbing services for commercial, industrial and public sector clients, Chris has expanded the firm’s expertise to include General Contracting for commercial, industrial, private and public sector clients.  He draws upon his vast experience and outstanding portfolio of successful projects to lead Team TES to deliver expanded support for current and new clients.
